Peer mediators volunteer to receive training which enables them to help students solve problems between themselves. Mediators facilitate communication between students and suggest positive solutions to challenges. - Student Council

Student Council representatives are elected by the students in grades 5 - 8 in September. Council members are installed at the October school Liturgy. Student Council meets monthly and plans service projects and fundraisers to benefit the school. Sample projects and fundraisers include: school dances, food drive, coat drive, pretzel sale, candy grams, and student ambassadors. - Year Book

"Little Dribblers" are 3rd & 4th grade boys and girls. The team is co-ed.
Junior Varsity Basketball offers teams for boys or girls, grades 5 & 6.

Assumption encourages health and fitness in our school community and welcomes parents to coach additional sports at our school. A dedicated group of parents is already implementing a monthly fitness series consisting of clinics designed to introduce students to a variety of sports and to improve their skills in each.
Suggestions for additional sports opportunities have been: crew, golf, cross country, and more. Come help us grow!
