ARCS’s Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, APRIL 29 TH, 2017 at 1:00 (Shotgun Start) at Seaview Resort and Spa, Galloway.

Items Needed: The event will include a Red Ticket and Silent Auction. The committee is seeking items… items can include gift certificates (restaurants, casinos, golf outing, shops or excursions), autographed items, baskets, event tickets or items that can be paired up to make a nice basket. All proceeds benefit the Assumption Regional Catholic School Annual Fund. The ARCS Annual Fund gives parents, faculty, staff, graduates, parishioners and friends of our community the opportunity to invest in every aspect of our school. Because tuition does not fully fund the cost of an ARCS education, we need the support of the entire ARCS family to help ensure we continue to provide our students with an outstanding Catholic elementary school experience and provide a Catholic education to every family who desires it for their child. The 100% tax deductible commitment to the Annual Fund enhances the educational opportunities we provide today’s students who will be tomorrow’s graduates.

An Event Day Volunteer works closely with the Foundation’s Volunteer Coordinator, Cathryn Flammer , to aid in the preparation and facilitation of this awesome event. Volunteers are vital to the success of this event and the Volunteer Coordinator is dedicated to providing administrative and strategic support to all of the volunteers.
The Event has four primary focuses:
The golf tournament
Dinner, Silent Auction and Raffle Sales
Closing out the event
Volunteers will provide in-office support for any administative tasks prior to the event
Volunteers will assist with on-site set-up the day of and/ after
The Golf Tournament (Day Shift):
Volunteers will assist with:
Providing the best possible customer service to Fore Our Kids golfers
Organization and facilitation of golfing games throughout the day
Selling raffle tickets
Answering any questions, providing customer service to golfers
Dinner, Silent Auction and Raffle Sales (Evening Shift):
Volunteers will assist with:
Selling Raffle tickets
Monitoring the Silent Auction
Answering any questions
Closing out the event (Evening Shift):
Closing the Raffle and Silent Auction
Handing gifts and prizes
Cleaning up at end of evening
Volunteers will meet at least once prior to the Event to go over day-of details and receive important instructions. All volunteers will be provided with buffet dinner.
